Domestic Shipping

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Suds Music Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Suds Music Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are completely happy with your gear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange. Please see below for our detailed return policy.

Return Process

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at michael@sudsmusicgear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipment method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damage products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
